Linking to our site or reproducing material from it – non-members of AISA

Non-members of ICN wishing to reproduce any material from the Immigration Compliance Network website must contact the webmaster to request permission. You may link to our site from a textual reference on your website but you may not use our logo, and you must ensure that no false or misleading claims are made about ICN or its relationship with the body on whose pages the links appear.

Linking to our site or reproducing material from it – ICN members

We recommend that members provide appropriate links from their own website to our pages, explaining alongside the link what ICN does. We would always recommend that members provide links to our website rather than attempting to reproduce information from it. Members may use a designated version of our logo to accompany the link, but not our main logo, and must ensure that no false or misleading claims are made about UKCISA or its relationship with the member organisation. Membership of UKCISA does not constitute any form of endorsement or accreditation.

Members may not provide links to any pages within the members’ only area of the ICN website and may not give out their username or password to non-members.

Where members quote from our site, the material must be kept up to date and the full source clearly referenced. We do not have the resources to check what our members write, and therefore any information quoted from ICN must make clear that ICN bears no responsibility for quoted material being correct and up to date.
